Using PowerStore in Hebrew (rtl)

Hi,
I'm trying to build an online store in hebrew to be used in israel using the powerstore solution package:
1. is there a way to integrate a local checkout provider so i don't have to rely only on paypal?
2. can i convert the usd to NIS (new israeli shekels)?
as for page formation, so far i'm able to change the text by placing the right language tag in source view, will it work for the rest of the site? i believe doing the basic changes in DW is required prior to uploading the package to the server.
