Need a call from tech support

The site that I am working on does not use any server languages yet. There might be some documents that contain ASP code, so what difference does it make? Does it mean I can not have any ASP code at all on my site? I have hosting that provides both ASP and PHP support. Why would not the cart initialize? I do not have time for this! Can somebody from the tech support just call me 510-501-5002 to walk me through!? I am a tech savvy person and I can not figure it out! I can not spend days reading forums! I already spent 6 hours today trying to make it work! And all you can reply with is "What server language do you use?". I have a decision to make about to use your eCart in my project or not. And it is urgent! You forum customer service style is not helping! I need a call from a person, a live person who can stay online with me for what ever it takes to install that software! I already spent $300 on eCart 4 and it was a nightmare to make it work, but I did. Now I hoped that additional $100 will get me a better product - supposedly you guys worked on ver 5 starting from 2002! I can not even get it installed and there is nobody I can talk to live! I am probably going to request my money back for the whole thing if no one is calling me tomorrow. I do not need any calls from sales persons to comfort me and to send me back to support forum. Looking forward to talking to you! Thank you!
