thanks for all the input.

the thing i find difficult in when developing a site (paradoxically) is the use of wizards.
Knowing what every element does and how it affects everything else is the key to understanding it all

rarely do things work first time out of the box, so getting into the code is the only way i feel comfortable that i am in control of the process.
