Is it possible to style <h2> border in Sculptor 3?

Styling <hx> is couldn't be easier using dreamweaver properties.
I am a newby to Sculptor 3. Though on face value it seems productive tool, I am discovering limitations and that it is taking longer than using DM CSS properties dialog box.

How do I create a style in Sculptor 3 that requires <hx> tag to have say bottom border?
