Fixed footer problems.
What I would like to achieve is a layout with a footer which is never higher than the bottom of the page.
If the page content is greater than the screen height, the footer should move down accordingly.
I have attempted a simple 2 column layout with a fixed footer, using CSSSculptor 3
When viewed at my usual resolution of 1920 * 1200, the page appears fine, but when viewed at a lower resolution 1280 * 800, some of the content is cut off.
I tried adding overflow: auto; to the body tag, which seems to solve the problem in FF.
At 1920 * 1200 i get no scrollbar, but a scrollbar appears under IE8
At 1280 * 800 I get a single scrollbar as expected, but under IE8, i get a double scroll bar.
