Missing kfm Tables after setting up?

Can anyone tell me why when installing Power Store 3 at your remote site and installing locally
The local site is missing all the kfm_Directories tables?
Its the same install procedure and there are no errors while installing locally.

I keep asking this about Power Store 3. In order to customize Power Store using Web Assist
extensions, namely Ecart and CSSmenu Writer, I also see a new product Theme IT!
and Dreamwaver CS4, you need to have functionality locally, then upload changed content.

Or work in DW in remote view? Web Assist needs to address this in a detailed procedure
We should not have to re-point to our local machine after.
The entire concept using Web Assist extensions are based with Dreamweaver.
So without trial and error and posting many questions, We could save many headaches and frustration with your products! Please outline a procedure for working with Dreamweaver and uploading to your ISP.
