Powerstore 4 Online Clothing Shop

Hi all,

I am intending to use powerstore for a online clothing store. I am in testing stage at the moment and I just wondered if I would be able to do the following.

A standard ecommerce fashion store would generally have categories like

Women
>Tops
>Trousers & Skirts
>Shoes
>Accessories

Men
>Tops
>Trousers
>Shoes

"Women" and "Men" being the main category in a side bar and the rest being sub-categories.
If I currently click Women in my default powerstore site I will be taken to the products_Results.php page which will return no results. This is becuase all my products are assigned to sub-categories.

I would like to create unique pages for my main category pages so for example is a visitor clicks on e.g "Women" category they will be taken to a my_Unique_Page.php page with images of models wearing latest fashion. This page will be dynamic, almost like a product detail page that is filtered by a visitor clicking on a main category link in the side bar.

If they click on a sub category e.g. Tops, they will be taken directly to the products_Results.php page.

I am sure this is very simple to do but I cannot figure out how to change the default. I am also not sure if this can be done through powerstores CMS or directly in dreamweaver.

I am guessing I will have to create a recordset on my main.dwt for ps3_categories. I am not sure where to go from here?

All help is greatly appreciated!!!
