Menu working on half my site but not the other

Hi,

I have just upgraded my website from Actinic V7 to V9.

I designed my templates using CSS Sculpture and Menu writer which did work fine in V7.

However, the top nav menu only now works on the pages outside of the folder that contains the e-commerce pages of my site:

Here, you can see it working:
www.glasses2you.co.uk

and here, if you hover over the top drop downs you'll see that there seems to be no css control applied anymore.
Prescription_glasses_for_Ladies.html

I have stared at this for hours and tried all sorts of paths for the css and js files to take effect. If anyone can tell me by looking at the source code what I am missing, I would be really grateful.

Thanks in anticipation, Ian
