New form-getting dynamic data in fields and other problems

I'm using CSS Form Builder for the first time and need to see if anyone can tell what I'm doing wrong. The form fields get dynamic data server behaviors in them when I "finish" the form. I'm not even sure if they should be there or not so that is one question. Here's an example of the code that's being input into the fields:

<?php echo((isset($_GET["invalid"])?ValidatedField("tracksanctionregistration","Registration_Track,_Sanctioning_Body,_Media_or_PR_Agency_Name_and_Contact_Info_Contact_First_name_Will_not_be_shown_on_website"):"")); ?>

The reference to the "Registration Track Sanctioning Body..." etc is actually the field label text and it's being put in there by CSS FB when I "finish" the form.

It is also naming the fields using the field label from CSS FB like this:

Registration_Track,_Sanctioning_Body,_Media_or_PR_Agency_Name_and_Contact_Info_Contact_First_name_Will_not_be_shown_on_website

When I go into the "Insert Record" server behavior these names make it impossible to assign the correct values to the individual fields, especially the checkbox groups because it names all the checkboxes the same.

I did go back in and renamed the fields after I built the form and then went back into the "insert record" behavior and I can get it to insert data that way but that just seems like it's a patch to me and it's just a little scary to try it that way.

Let me know if you need to see the full code, I didn't post it yet because it's a lot of code.

Thanks in advance.
