using localhost

Hi Ernie,

I have the site setup on a local server. The site was empty when I installed the package. I dutyfully followed all of the instructions without the result. Erased the site and started over again in total 3 times.

Although you seem to be having issues with the domain name, I feel that this should not have any influence if the server parameters are the same.
