Adding PowerGallery to existing site

I have an existing site using:

  • Site Assist Pro
    Universal Email
    CSS Menu Writer
    CSS Sculpter

Looking at the Zip file for PG, I notice duplicate folders. Should I be copying the content from the Zip to the folders already on my site?

Second, the index.php in the Zip will conflict with the index.php on my site. (The zip one seems empty anyway.)

Also, should the files be added to my local DW site?

So "upload the files to my live server" is too vague. Can someone advise?
