Universal Email

I'm in the process of creating an on-line application form that registered users complete and submit to my client. Once they complete the application and submit it, the information contained in the application is stored within a MySQL database.

Once the client has verified the information submitted by the applicant, they want to be able authorise the application by the click of a button and in doing so it generates 4 separate emails with differing information.

The 4 emails that are generated should use a template email, which is populated from a recordset for instance. However, each email template has slightly different content.

The idea is that the client can send 4 totally different emails using information provided on the application form at a click of a button. The email templates will be populated with standard information such as the contact name, address and Subject etc.

My questions are -

1. Can Universal Email Accommodate this and
2. if so, how are the emails stored. (I presume its the same as any other email client)

Hope that all makes sense.

Thanks

Rich
