Form display help please

Hiya,

Make sure that you have all of the necessay elements of the original 'contactus.php' file in the right places in your own page.


&#8226; Everything above the '<!DOCTYPE html . . . >' line in the original file must be placed above the '<!DOCTYPE html . . . >' line in your own page.

&#8226; Both of the SpryAssets '<script src=""""> </script>' lines must be in the head area of your page.

&#8226; Both of the SpryAssets '<link href="" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />' lines must be in the head area of your page.

&#8226; The form inside your bady tags wherever you want it.

&#8226; At the bottom of your page, just befor the closing </body> tag, should be the five spry validation lines from the original :

Check that these are all in place in your page, and that the files linked to from your page are in the right relative locations on your server.
