Product Option edit error

Hello,
The product option editing was functioning well just yesterday. Today it appeared few errors when editing different options of same product.

1.When click on edit the second option category, the window always jump back to the first option.
2. The last option choice of each product option missing the delet function.

3. When click on edit in another product option it was editable, but when trying to set default value errors appear.
Eg., option A
default: small
medium
big

option B
default: 23
26
29
without

Option C
default: with
without

tried to set
option A default to big
option B default to without
option C default to without
it came out
option A default to big
but option B default as 23
and option C default to without

Does any one know what went wrong here?
Thank you.
