Receiving an e-mail when a record is uploaded to my database by a website visitor

I want my website visitors to be able to, with the press of one submit button, do all of the following: (1) upload information to my database; (2) upload a file to my site; and (3) send me an e-mail letting me know that they submitted their information.

I'm using DataAssist to allow my website visitors to (1) upload information to my database (through an insert record page); and I'm using Digital File Pro (in tandem with DataAssist) to allow my website visitors to (2) simultaneously upload a file to my website. [Thanks for the excellent WebAssist tutorial on how to make these two programs work in tandem.]

Is there a way to (3) simultaneously get an e-mail sent to me, alerting me to the fact that someone uploaded info to my database and uploaded a file to my website?
