i) I can't get the progress animation to show at all. I have followed the instructions in the help by selecting the Form tag and then applying the Progress Bar but it doesnt fire when the submit button is pressed.

ii) I think there is an issue with the creation of thumbnails when the filename that is uploaded is renamed (the incremental option) if the filename already exists on the server. It doesnt seem to create the thumbnail with the added increment. If this is a bug I am suprised this has got through testing.
