The current price is $19.99 so it's showing up as that in the upgrade center, as opposed to the *standard* retail price. So currently it *is* retailing at 19.99, thus not a better deal than upgrading. But I read it like you did as well - and it makes it confusing that we use the label "retail price" elsewhere on the site for the standard retail price. I've passed on this thread and the confusion to the web folks; maybe they can consider a new choice of words or which price to show in the upgrade center. Thanks for the feedback!
