UPS Shipping Rates

UPS Shipping Rates

It is clear that the rates returned to a shopping cart are determined by the information passed to it. In other words, the shopping cart provides information based on weight, dimensions, and UPS account number to UPS (along with the XML Access key); UPS then provides rates to the cart based on that information.

When there appears to be discrepancies between returned shipping costs using eCart4, and costs returned from another shopping cart application (non-WebAssist) for the same product, an inquiry to UPS brought the following request. "Please provide your complete XML request and response files associated with the error." Without knowing at this point whose "cart" is returning the correct shipping costs, where can I find the XML files that UPS is requesting so they can verify that what has been setup using eCart is correct? I do not see these XML files within the eCart folder at the site root.

Thanks,
Robert
