This is very strange. When I create a menu in a page that is saved with an .htm or .html extension, it produces the following, and then I can't edit it:
<ul class="level-0" id="cssmw3">
<li><a href="#">Item 1</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Item 2</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Item 3</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Item 4</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Item 5</a></li>
</ul>
<script type="text/javascript">if(window.attachEvent) { window.attachEvent("onload", function() { cssmw3.intializeMenu('cssmw3',{select_current: 0, orientation: 1}); }); } else if(window.addEventListener) { window.addEventListener("load", function() { cssmw3.intializeMenu('cssmw3',{select_current: 0, orientation: 1}); }, true); }</script>
When I insert the menu into a page that is saved with a .php extension, it produces the following, and then I CAN edit it:
<?php require_once("CSSMenuWriter/cssmw4/menu.php"); ?>
It seems that it doesn't like .htm or .html pages for some reason. This would be okay, but I don't always have PHP pages in my site. Some sites are static HTML pages only.
Yes, my CSS Menu Item files ARE in the correct folder in my root directory.
