Menu links to wrong place

I think something has gotten screwed up. I used the CSS MenuWriter to attempt to add a menu item. Then the site started giving errors about not finding files. I then found out through the forum that CSS MenuWriter is NOT compatible with PowerStore 2 because some manual programming has been added in to the menu files. So I replaced all the CSSMenuWriter directory/ files with the original powerstore files and the web site began to work again. But now I can't seem to solve the menus pointing to the correct subdirectory. Is there more damage control necessary ?

The issue is with the Powerstore 2 menus pointing to the wrong directory. I have entered all the information into the Globals file and it used to work correctly. I changed the name of the subdirectory and also changed the information in the Globals file (as shown). Now the menus point to the top of the html root ( and not to the /pvartstudio/ subdirectory. Notice that the photo links go to the correct directory.

The URL for the developing store is [removed because issue has been solved and wish to remove from active search engines indexing]
Here is a copy of the first part of the Globals file:
-------------------------------------------------------
<?php
$WAGLOBAL_Root_URL ="[removed to keep out of search engine indexes"
$WAGLOBAL_Site_Name = "Store";
$WAGLOBAL_Address = "800 S. ";
$WAGLOBAL_City = "Red";
$WAGLOBAL_State = "CA";
$WAGLOBAL_Zip = "90";
$WAGLOBAL_Country = "US";
$WAGLOBAL_GoogleAPIKey = "REDACTED";
$WAGLOBAL_localRoot = "/";
$WAGLOBAL_remoteRoot = "/pv/";

Thanks,

Steve
