You can do this with UE. To get the contents of the form to show in your message you must ensure that you have UE applied to the page that the form posts to. You can then edit the Universal Email server behavior and on the body tab edit with DW. In here you can use the bindings panel to place the values from your form into the message. If you do not see your form in the bindings panel you will need to choose bindings > form data then select the page with the form on it. Wherever you drag the bindings to you will see that information in the message.
