PowerStore Template/Pages - CSS: Why 1019px width?

Thanks Jimmy, but

I find it hard to believe that screen resolution wasn't considered in the design; - or if it was, that someone decided that reducing the width by a few pixels to accomodate the (?)% of people with a certain resolution wasn't worth it. That was either an mistake or a bad decision.

You haven't indicated if this will be corrected in future versions, said you will forward the comment to whoever is responsible for these things, or indicated that my concerns could be taken on board.

Every web designer considers screen resolution during a build. Invoking a horizontal scrollbar is a design no-no. If I provided a client with a finished site that didn't display correctly in a 1024 screen all for the sake of a few pixels, he could and should ask that I correct it.

I pointed out a needless flaw in a product design Jimmy, - hopefully someone will give it some consideration.
