E CArt or Powerstore

Please help. I have E Cart 4 for ASP

I have a relativey simple 20 item cart to do. Now all extensions are PHP - please advise the best solution. I can upgrade E Cart or get Powerstore. As I know nothing abut PHP - I see powerstore is "out of the box " ready to go.

Can this be said about E Cart 5 - ie does it have a Setup wizard to the SQL database for storing orders etc like Powerstore - or will this have to be hand coded ?

I feel although I only know ASP that it would be easier to buy powerstore - but for the future - it may be better to upgrade my e cart.

Please can you advise me on this ?

Thank you
John
