Powerstore2 - MySQL and admin page problem

Thread began 1/20/2010 11:52 pm by leon_chia215336 | Last modified 1/21/2010 9:56 am by leon_chia215336 | 8710 views | 6 replies

neilo

Yes - I have been using the remote server for testing dbs myself for the last couple of years, - the cpanels had the option. Over the past couple of weeks, the hosting company I use were hacked, all servers /cpanels / ftp out of action for odd hours each day while data was shifted, sifted and transferred, and new security measures put in place. All passwords for cpanels/ftp/databases reset - so around 27 sites unmanageable and 8 databases offline until I had requested new passwords by email (27 'send me my password' individual emails) and redone about 60 logins.

Sorry, forgot what I was talking about. Yes - no more remote access (for now anyway).
