DB insert action removed!!!!!

Neither of those changes worked... the insert failed again, and the captcha validation failed again too!

I am sorry to say that I need this sorted ASAP as it is an online book of condolences for a client who had one of their directors die at the weekend, so I really would like to get some form of validation put up so I can protect against spam bots etc as what is being inserted is instantly visible to the public that know the link. People are waiting to pay their respects so the pressure is really on me :o(
