no serial number in download area

I have just downloaded the Dreamweaver tools for Google extension from my download area. There is no serial number given but when I try to use it it asks for a serial number. There is no serial number quoted on the email I was sent . ANy idea what's happened here? I've a library subscription. Only thing that looks odd is that the drop down says Tools for Google 1 and the download seems to be for version 2.
