So basically follow the "Modify an existing form" instead of trying to create a new one from scratch. I have no problem creating it over, I know how...I just can't figure out how to get the form elements into different table cells so I can apply different background colors to it. But i guess it would be more logical just to modify one I already made before (it lost functionality somehow with the old php mail method).
