Filter ProductResults page by keyword?

I'm using navigation with PowerStore that requires a combination of category and keyword to display the results on the ProductResults page. For example, my client has rings, necklaces and earrings, which are all categorized and work with with the ProductResults page by passing a URL argument like CategoryID=3. The client also wants navigation that breaks out the jewelry by gem type, such as emeralds, sapphires, etc. Is there a way to pass a similar argument to ProductsResults.php like Keyword=sapphire or something similar? Ideally, I'd like to be able to search ProductName and the description fields, but if it only could search one (ProductName) it would probably work.

I have looked at the DataAssist Search server behaviors currently on the ProductResults page but wasn't able to get anywhere. I did try ProductResults.php?Search=true&ProductName=sapphire but no love... Can you help?

Best - Joe
