testing database in dreamweaver

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am following the documentation and every time in dreamweaver I hit test for the database I get the following error. Any help?
Thank you

The requested URL /en_US/Dreamweaver/10.0_Using/JSH_connPHP was not found on this server.
Also I get the following error message in dreamweaver:

Can not save connection because file is read only.
Please make file writable before editing Connection.
(C:\ruttnstrutt\ecommerce\shop\Connections\powerstore.php)

Problem is the file does not exsit in that directory, where is this file located and do I need to copy it there as well.
Thanks

Nevermind figured it out.
