I am on a mac and I see a 1 pixel border above the menu... is that the error you are referring to? To me, it looks good as it is, so I am not sure if you mean there is supposed to be no border whatsoever, or, if there is supposed to be some type of a border and you just happen to be seeing an issue with on certain browsers. Let me know what it is actually supposed to be and I will dig into your source code to see if I can find the issue.
