Gallery not showing on production server

I have uploaded every power gallery file from my local server (I hope), did the install on production, added a gallery and added 18 images, choose a design and I added the php code to the mixedmedia.php page, and uploaded that page.

mixedmedia.php

All I get is this:

First Prev Next Last
loading...

If I add the link provided in "Use this URL when linking to your PowerGallery from any web page:" It can't find the page.
The link is on index.php
at the end of the left column of text.

The admin login information is in the attached file.
