neilo

Hi there,

Thanks for that. Yes, you were right. The reason that the area with the picture of a sailing ship and the 'New England premiere properties' seems to be un-editable, is that the top part of that area (the contentWrapper div) is one large picture as defined in the css for that div. You can see the image HERE

If you want to remove that image so that you can replace it with your own content, you could either do it while using the SiteAssist to design your site, or now that it's done, you could just remove a couple of lines from your 'siteassistpro_css/home.css' stylesheet:

Find the following block of code in the stylesheet:

#outerWrapper #contentWrapper {
background-image:url(../siteassistpro_images/contentWrapper_bg1.jpg);
background-repeat:no-repeat;
margin-left:10px;
margin-right:10px;
overflow:hidden;
padding-top:361px;
}

And take out the second, third and sixth lines, and change the last line:

#outerWrapper #contentWrapper {
margin-left:10px;
margin-right:10px;
padding-top:10px;
}

'padding-top:361px;' that will have made this hard for you to detect, - it effectively 'shields' that area against editing!]

Any content you add should sit above the left column and content (which are two divs in the bottom half of the contentWrapper)

Hope this helps. Sorry you had to wait so long; - if you get more problems, be sure to post a link to the page you need help with, it makes diagnosis much easier, and quicker.
