Members back end system

Hi there,
I'm setting up a members back end system for one of my clients. I have DA and SA and cookies toolkit and was going to use these softwares for the set up.

The back end requires that each member has a username / password but they will also supply other information which will be visible to ALL other members (such as email, phone number etc). Initially, only one person (the admin) will upload the user details (so that the client has control over who joins - it's a choir). However after that, the member can update their own information (but no one else's) by logging in (with Security Assist).

My question is, will Data Assist be able to handle this (and if so do i need to use cookies toolkit to allow only the member to update their own info). Or is their a way to do all of this within another of your software.

I appreciate your help,
Cheers
Nic
