driving directions not displaying

driving directions not displaying

I am using Pro Maps for Google v1.04 in CS3. I am unable to see any driving directions on my web page, even though I can see the placeholder DIV for them in Design view. I have the driving directions check box clicked in the wizard, and have entered a valid address in the fields below that. But still nothing displays except for the map itself.

Assuming I can get this problem resolved, how can I allow my users to type in their own starting location as can be done on the Google Maps site? I (perhaps incorrectly) thought this could be accomplished by checking the driving directions box but leaving a starting location blank.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
James
