Good thinking Jimmy, (it's late here)

Works in Firefox but not in IE8

But here is the sting.

In Firefox, just looking at the 'home page' and using the menu, the last item on the menu is obscured by the footer, yet in IE8, it isn't.

So it would seem both have their faults.
