In my last post I was curious about the charsets that are being referenced on the page, if you have a better charset to use that is more specific to the language you will be displaying on the pages you should try updating this setting on the pages, it looks like this by default:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
You can find this at the top of the html code on the page below the php code.
