I am sorry to her that. I was not trying to push the blame. What I meant was at that step, since it is the same product, just a new version it cannot be installed by extension manager at the same time. The reason it is a new version and not a new product is because it has the same purpose with added functionality (other than the removal of server languages other than PHP). It has shared code that and some modified code in the updated version.

I see where you're coming from though, but we are unable to create a build of version 1 that would be able to be installed with version 2. The only way to have them concurrently installed is to have 2 versions of Dreamweaver installed and one version installed on each.
