Do I need to download anything more...?

I know this may sound silly, but...wherre do I put the wa_ecommerce_20091112.sql file now that I've downloaded it? I'm using XAMPP. Should I put it in each location I used for each website?

c:\xampp\htdocs\website1
c:\xampp\htdocs\website2
c:\xampp\htdocs\website3

Or does it go in a more central location? (like: c:\xampp\mysql\data)

Or a more specific folder in each site?

Or am I totally off the mark on this? AS you can see I am quite confused and very new to what I'm doing...The tutorials have been helpful, but I don't know where to put the file...Thank you for all of your help!
