WA_eCart_Floater.htm JavaScript error

I'm completely spent, and lost for a solution to getting beyond this problem. I'ver read every bit of information here in the Support Forum that I thought would alleviate the problem, but no such luck. And the same error occur on both pc whether is WinXP Prof. or Vista Hm Prem. I completely uninstalled eCart 4.0 & Dreamweaver CS4 on my WinXP pc - reinstalled both DmCS4 & eCart4.0, and the following error keep coming up:

This error occurs after I have configured the properties setting in the "Checkout Wizard" and click finish. At this point the Checkout Wizard start building the necessary pages. Near, or at the end after the checkout wizard has been running is when I get the error message below. Also I have notice that for some reason my IIS server stops running either just before, or shortly after the checkout wizard has render the error and stop producing pages! I get a prompt from Windows that It (IIS Server) has stop running!

Beginning:

While executing timer in WA_eCart_Floater.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 404 of flie "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe DreamweaverCS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\Library\WA_Configuration.js":

Cannot find file
C:\User Admin\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\DreamweaverCS4\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\Designs\Templates\Clean\Message.htm:

End:

The error is probably generated from the fact that there is no "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe DreamweaverCS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist" directory or any of the subdirectory that come after the "Shared" mention in the error!

The file [Message.htm] is located where the path is pointing to:

"C:\User Admin\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\DreamweaverCS4\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\Designs\Templates\Clean\Message.htm"

I have verified that the Message.htm file does exist.

Needless to say I have spent an entire month trying to work beyond these such problems to the point I've lost sight of what my project is suppose to be.

That goes back to planning first, making sure that you have all the tools you need before you get started. I purchase the lastest version of Dreamweaver, perviously I had DW2004, eCart4.0, and a membership here at Web Assist just in case support could provide some help if needed.

If I can't get beyond this problem I have no other choice but to wait for the next eCart4.0 update.

Both of my pc's are healthy and up todate. This is the first time that I've attempted to work with PHP. I've design & developed websites and applications using ASP Microsoft Visual Basic Web Developer 2005/2008 with SQL2005 with ease. But this eCart4.0 is simply wearing me down.

And help with the problem will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
