Internal Error

So I decided to reinstall the XAMPP to see if I had an error on the installation. Now when I test the localhost or 127.0.0.1 page I get this error message:

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Any suggestions anyone? I'll start a new thread if need be, I suppose.
