Yes, that's the page I needed.

Interesting it looks like it is configured properly.

When you submit this page, are you redirected to the photographers_LogIn.php page?

If you are not redirected to the photographers_LogIn.php page, change line 25:

php:

"failRedirect" => "photographers_EmailPW.php",

to:

php:

"failRedirect" => "photographers_EmailPW.php?failed=true",

and try again. when the page reloads, do you see the failed=true query string on the end of the address in the address bar?

try deleting the WA_SecurityAssist/Mail_PHP.php file from the server, then re uploading the modified one to make sure the changes are being uploaded to the server.
