Does not show up in Firefox

Here is a link to the file which has the code as I have shown.

Your link worked just fine in Fire Fox, the background shows up. When running my code the background does not show up. I know the link to the background image is fine as it shows up in safari, just not Fire Fox.

This was built using Site Assist. I was putting the site up when I decided to check it in other browsers and their were several minor fixes borders mainly. The one I am stumped on is the background not showing up. If you click on one of the tabs from the link below you can see the background shows up on the sub pages just not the index page. At least it is this way on my Fire Fox.
