Surveyor wont run on any of my sites

It is the latest version, I have had it a week and only managed to activate it yesterday, I am getting fed up with this software house already. No wonder they dont offer refunds!

Windows 7 and Dreamweaver CS3 have tried on www.cdb.org www.belire.co.uk and www.belire.com so far to no avail
