Does Form Builder only work with php?

Hi, I have built a form using your extension and am wondering if I can submit the form to my server's standard CGI form processor, FormMail.pl? In the description of the extension when I purchased the product, I didn't see any mention of PHP being required. I thought I would ask, rather than take the time to test it myself since I have already spent more time using the extension than it would have taken to hand-code it myself.

Also, I am having a problem where the form fits easly within the #content div of a CSS Sculptor page but all the fields are being pushed down to sit at the bottom of the form. It is as though there are three <p> tags within the form itself before the fields start. I know that someone in this forum had a similar issue but since my form easily sits within the div, I don't think this is the same issue. The page is 960px wide and it is a 3-column template; each side column is fixed at 179px wide. That leaves about 510px for the center column and my form is 490px but still has the unsightly void above the first field.

TIA,
John Cavanagh
