menu, list and form problems

quite a few problems

im using a mac pro with Dreamweaver cs4 and im trying to put a menu in my website using css menu writer but everytime i do this and its made it produces a gap on the left on side where it has been made as well as this i try and change the sub menu size and when i preview it looks fine but when i run it it comes out totally different.

In addition to this when i try and create a list further down the page within the website it creates images within the lists that i have created and when i preview in a browser they are nowhere to be seen although i think this has something to do with the css menu builder making the menu from lists.

Also i have created a form on a contact page i have made numerous times and when i come back and open Dreamweaver the form disappears even though the html is still there!

Also is there a way to send email through the contact form using css form builder without delving into code

help would be much appreciated

thanks
