Installation and Rebranding of Power CMS

This will prove to be my biggest project ever using Webassist components. I just downloaded Power CMS with the idea of using it to allow clients to modify their content on their site thereby saving me time in doing site updates - seems logical.

I decided to install Power CMS on my own site and rebrand it - something I will need to do if I am to offer it to other clents. I also own all other Webassist components like CSS Menu Writer so I plan to customize my site's Power CMS fully. But I have a couple of questions -

I downloaded an excellent pdf on how to set it up and plan to follow 90 per cent of the instructions. The only thing I am not going to follow is the web root structure because I already have used some of the other Webassist components and those directories, like CSSmenuwriter and WA_SecurityAssist already exist.

------Question - can I leave those directories in place and NOT upload the ones included with Power CMS or should I open the Power CMS directories and place the contents in my web root in the corresponding folders?
-----Question - I already have a WA_Globals directory - should I leave it alone or upload the contents of the Power CMS WA_Globals directory in my current WA_Globals directory
------Question - to rebrand the Power CMS do all I have to do is replace the two graphic files - I don't plan to do anything more than display a custom logo, I prefer the site logo when the user is using the administrative functions.

Thanks
Shadow
