Creating a Online Comic Book

Hello I have been working on a online comic book website that hosts users submitted material. So far I have had the users upload their work using WA Upload files then manually building the comics which is a pain. I want to have it completely automated so for this I would need When the page is open do dislpay their latest uploaded page (this part I have figured out) what I need to know is how I can create buttons that will 1.) take the viewer to the first page of the storyline from any page 2.) advanced the user on page forward from the current page they are viewing 3.) go backwards one page from the current page they are viewing and finally 4.) return to the current page from any page in the storyline . The pages are all uploaded into a database that is unique to the applicable users.
