SecurityAssist Wizard Launching Error Message

I get the following message when I try to launch the Security Assist Wizard - help!

"While executing onLoad in SecurityAssistWizard.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 404 of file C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Shared\WebAssistLibrary\WA_Configuration.js: Cannot find file C:\Documents and Settings\Mark\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\shared\WebAssist\SecurityAssist\WASecurityAssistEmailData.xml.

At line 404 of file C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\SecurityAssit\Library\WA_Configuration.js:getDocumentDOM: Argument number 1 is invalid."

With only option is to hit "OK" and the same message pops up again! & I have to hit the 'X' at the upper right hand corner to get out of it!

Then, when I hit 'cancel' on the wizard the following pops up:

"While executing onClick in SecurityAssistWizard.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."

Again with the only option of "OK" So I hit that several times & the wizard is still up as a big grey box & I have to hit the 'X' in the upper right hand corner to get it to close!

If anyone can explain what I'm doing wrong (or don't have) and how to fix it, I would be very grateful! Thank you.
