framework/ajax-wrapper vulnerability

Hello all,
someone checked my website and found a vulnerability on ajax-wrapper.php file.
Is there someone that can address this? I'm not a programmer but still use (succesfully) webassist extensions in latest DW 2021.
I attach the vulnerability report as attachment, hoping someone can help me.
