Dynamic Menu Not Pulling Subset

We are using Power Store 2000. The default menu includes dynamic links which work. We need to add two pages to the menu, a Price link and a How To link. When we add these tow via the CSS Menu 2 tools, the dynamic links break. I am attaching the menu files before and after.

We are performing the following steps to update the menu:
1. we open the main template
2. we hope the CSS Menu 2 tool set
3. we add the static links and save them as a new preset
4. we upload the files to the, at which time we notice that the dynamic links are broken
